How did Enquire Design begin?

I started Enquire with the need to create a custom outlet of design that wasn’t driven by a lot of elements that drag design down, like unclear client/designer communication, lack of thought and engagement with the target audience, lack of care for credibility, and simply compromise in general.

What’s with the name?

Enquire Design is based off the first (and most important) stage of the design process; the idea/concept generation. The act of enquiring; pushing ideas & thoughts, thinking, revising, tweaking, and collecting a strong base of concepts is where any good design project instantly stands out.

How much do you charge?

This one always has to be listed for some reason, even though we can’t actually tell you. I believe I’ll provide a top quality service for a very competitive price, although every project has unique requirements and elements. Like any reputable design studio, these have to be discovered via a Design Proposal. It costs nothing. Spend a few minutes of your time to fill out the Proposal Request Form here. What payment terms do you require?

Small projects can simply be paid upon completion, however most projects ($500+) require a partial up-front payment. This does two things; keeps a power supply to my computer in order for me to complete your project, and lets me know you’re as dedicated as I am!

Do you accept rush jobs?

If my current workload allows, the project seems suitable, and no other deadlines will be affected, then hell yeah!

What type of design work do you do?

Anything that needs to look great and function even better. Ideally, I cater for the smaller business, offering Website design, User interface design (UI), Ongoing media management, Logo design, Branding & identity, Printed media, Photography & Post-production. You can find out more here»

How long will the project take?

It depends on two factors; response time from the client, and what size project I’m dealing with. For instance, a business card design might be complete in a few business days with quick response time, however a larger, feature-filled website may take up to a few months to launch. Once I receive information about your project, I can let you know much more accurately.

Do you work pro bono?

On occasion, but usually only with the project is suitable (something that Enquire Design has a passionate interest in being involved with), and if our current workload / situation allows. Get in touch and find out»
